I'm confused, you took my credit card, advised me I had a room, now I don't? Not only is that confusing, but that's not how you conduct business with new patrons.
I asked for the manager, Amber, she wasn't much help. She did, however, provide ample excuses. When questioned regarding the collection of the credit card information. She advised me "we just added it to your profile. " She didn't try to find us a room, didn't apologize, just stated that "all the rooms were gone ." So is the party of six moving forward, we will simply keep it moving.
Lack of customer service is evident with guest relations when securing a room. Take my advice, don't waste your time or money at this property. As promised, I advised Amber I would leave my sentiments for her viewing.
