I live in OKC but have been to a lot of casino/hotels in the state so I have a good baseline comparison. I just recently went to Hard Rock Tulsa in October for the first time and stayed nearly a week and it was GREAT!! Customer service is excellent across the board, hotel, guest services, room service, restaurants, card tables, casino, security, even phone personnel, just the nicest staff ever. I plan to make this my go-to casino from now on, close to OKC, clean, fun, safe, lots of yummy restaurants and I didn't even mention the comps! Comps are A-1, worth checking out. They made me a great Christmas weekend deal so I can come up and hang with my family here in Tulsa. Thanks guys, keep up the good work!!
