When I first pulled up I was "greeted" by a very rude valet. Went to check in and was informed my second room was still being cleaned at 8pm. No mention as to why. It was obvious that when the room came available at 9:30pm, the previous guest had thrown up on the carpet. Through the whole experience was not offered any kind of compensation. I was just told that they don't guarantee rooms. My second day was better. The hotel is nice and modern. I just got the feeling that they were too busy to care if you came back or not.
