I love the look of Ameristar, it's beautiful. The food from the deli is wonderful. I've not had a chance to stay at the hotel or eat at the restaurant so I can't tell you about that (yet)... but it's because I'm disappointed in the slots payouts. The other local casinos pay out better so I tend to spend more time at them. Any time I'm ahead from the other casinos, I lose it all at Ameristar. Good for them because they take all of my money but bad because I tend to not visit them as much as I'd like. Plus, while I'm winning at the other casinos, they're also giving me comp rooms & meals. So now I really spend less time at Ameristar.
