Sunday afternoon visit to the Rampart nets local Las Vegas man over $14,000,000! Only visiting the casino because a friend was in town. Says he will donate winnings to charity and build his church a new ahem.... church! Strangely, the lucky gambler was not willing to give his name, but happily posed for a photo with the enormous check!
