I have never experienced this level of service. They are not consistent in customer service, policies seem to change from day to day. Long term guests not treated as valued customers. Definite language barrier, staff seeming to only understand what they want to and totally not understanding otherwise. Given that Hyatt has a good reputation we were disappointed in the lack of professional common courtesy. I would not recommend this place unless they have a training for their staff in customer service and cultural sensitivity. View full site to comment or like
