I would like to start off what was not pleasing. The hotel food was not always the best to be Hard Rock brand. The breakfast was mostly always well and provide numerous options. Also there was certain things that were not covered that should be covered when sitting out. Now to the excellent part . The SPA is a great experience, it has numerous options for the whole family. The fish pedicure is great and friendly staff as well. Also the staff when contacting the front desk, they provide a solution with in minutes. The area where sign up for the activities, they were very time sensitive and accommodating. Victor A . was very understanding and also provide feedback to the hotel staff on somethings i was not pleased with. Make sure you drive the sling shot and also the ATV tour. Please embark in ZEN restaurant and the Italian restaurant , and The steak house as well.
