Hotel looks nice and staff are friendly, buts as for the rooms etc. I wouldn't rate it 3star let alone 5star. The room smelt damp as soon as we arrived, there where crisp packets stuffed into the airconditioning, the door handles where falling off aswell as cupboards, there was paint splashed all over the walls and damp patches, Im sure that's why I'm ill and to top it off the shower doesn't work. I booked 4 rooms and they were all as bad as one another, construction going on at the back of my sisters and music thumping till 2-2.30 am so if you have kids they won't be sleeping, spent close to £5000 on this holiday and it has to be one of the worse places iv stayed, if it wasn't for my family being here I would of left the first night. I feel more disappointed for them as it was booked as a surprise.
