Terrible experience. I won 2 jackpots and it took over 3 hours for me to receive my winnings. It wouldn’t have been so bad hadn’t it been 3AM in the morning (I won around midnight) I asked for a supervisor and was declined by the cage employee. So much for playing in the high stakes area. I will never come back nor will I ever recommend. Go to the Grand Casino Hotel and Resort in Shawnee. The Citizen Potowatomi wouldn’t treat their guest like this. Matter of a fact I spent last weekend there and was comped a room. I should’ve spent my money there... If I could have given them zero stars, I would’ve of.
