The hotel itself is very beautiful and so is the area but customer service is absolutely horrible. You have an hour wait for room service and if they bring you the right meal it's a miracle. At the casino I place a bet on the Blackjack machine for some reason the machine glitched out and did not give me my winnings. I pointed that out to the person on staff and they pulled back the last hand on the screen and it showed that I was right. Unfortunately when I went to the lobby too complain they told me there is nothing that they could do about it because even though the casino is on premises it is a separate entity.
