Hotel Operator is SO RUDE!! So is the in house reservation person and the lady at the VIP desk. It became the top of conversation with a few guests sitting outside one night. Glad it was not just me they hated.
Loved this hotel, Love the location. Love the music they have every night, Love the staff in the restraunts. This is a quiet, resort like hotel , that is an amazing location.
