I've stayed here a number of times and have always found it comfortable and friendly. The rooms with one king have a huge amount of space.
The business center is great for last-minute jobs. Bell desk is very helpful with forwarding messages, storing luggage and providing information about departing flights.
Grand Cafe the sushi restaurant are good, though Charlie Palmer Steakhouse has some great cocktails, and the Starbucks and 24-hour takeout cafe also make it a great place for regrouping while traveling.
