We went to Eldorado for the dinner buffet on Thanksgiving which was pretty decent. The prime rib was on and off. I wish the man cutting it knew more English because when I asked him for a medium rare piece, he still cut the outer part which was almost well done. The stuffing way to liquidy, the turkey was dry, overall dinner execution could be better.
