I would love to review a room here, and speak about the service of the staff, the amenities, and the location, etc.
But for the second year in a row, my wife and I tried to book at this hotel and we simply can't. Last year, we went in person to ask to see one of the nicer suites (before we booked) and the manager did not allow us to look at it (we were told it was available).
This year, we tried to book online and it told us the suite we wanted wasn't a valid selection. When we called, we kept getting transferred to people who couldn't when book our room, and ended up with an "unavailable" message.
Kudos to those who braved the Horseshoe system and were able to get a room.
