I have been going to this place since I was like 15 years old, and I'm 34 now. Tonight, I will say the last night I step foot into this place. Never again. 1) my server was nice and kind. 2) Brenda, I believe is what her name, was very rude. I asked a simple question about if you guys changed the sauces for your chicken fingers, and her response was "if you don't like are sauce, bring your own in ok". It was very rude, why would I go back to a place where there is such rude people that treat their paying customers this way. And if you're going to come over to my table and ask what I can do for you, then you treat me like that, then please don't ever bother to come to that table. All good things come to an end, so my time at the big dogs draft house is done for good, and good luck with your rude staff and everything. I wish you guys the best of luck and hope you make a great restaurant out of this.
