I have cruised with Norwegian two other times and was ok with my trips. But in October i had the WORST cruise ever. The service was HORRIBLE and the food was HORRIBLE. I sailed on the breakaway. The only reason i went on that ship was for the outdoor activities, which were all closed due to high winds. My toilet wouldn't flush and i had to wait for hours for them tp fix it twice. The food was cold in most restaurants. The staff was rude. Room service was HORRIBLE. The largest ship and VERY unorganized. I could go on. When i emailed them of my experience, they only offered me $75 onboard credit for my next cruise in March (for my 50th). I tried to cancel that one so i could book with another cruise line and they wanna charge me $300 to cancel. Unfortunately i am going on that one because i paid for it. But i will NEVER cruise with Norwegian again!!
