My 96 year old mother who no longer drives was just refused her birthday month free play because her drivers license had expired by less than 10 days. With picture it was obvious it was her. She tried to argue her case but having come on retirement bus there was no advocate to help her. She was also counting on getting a discount on her lunch but that was refused her also. I realize rules are rules but come on, at least check with your supervisor. Her day was ruined, likely her last birthday month trip to casino! Unbelievable!! This cinches it for me. What a heartless place!
