Check in was pretty hectic. My room wasn't ready and they said they would text when it was. It never happened. Wandered around and enjoyed the strip with my group and when we got back at 10pm I checked at the desk to discover my room was ready and they'd neglected to notify me. They comped a night for the error! Amazing customer service!!
The hotel room was clean and the pillows are amazing. The bathrooms need some serious updating as the fixtures are chipped and you can tell things are getting a bit older. Beds are comfortable if you prefer a mattress on the more firm side.
The restaurants in the hotel are amazing. If you get breakfast at the Italian restaurant don't forget to mention you're staying at the hotel because breakfast is two for one.
