Review for Valley Forge Casino Resort Review For Casino Admiral TOP Games Smichov Google User Jan 4 '18 at 23:39 We probably had a worse run than most. It's got the potential for a five star rating as it's really well maintained with good sized rooms. It's just the staff that are terrible. In short: Check in issues and attempted downgraded rooms Staff smoking indoors Microwaved steaks Poor staff attitudes (restaurant and reception). I booked a double room and 2 Delux rooms. Upon checking in we were told there was only 2 rooms. I showed my confirmation email and the mistake on their part was acknowledged. The other couple were given a Delux room key but upon opening the room realised it wasn't made and still drunk from the last occupants. Staff then wanted to downgrade them to a double room or charge for an upgrade to a deluxe for the two nights booked. We came to an agreement of a free upgrade for the first night and paid upgrade for the second night. After the painful check in we went to the restaurant for dinner to find it had closed by 10:45pm, fair enough. We'd just come by the next night. My partner and I came for dinner on our second night to find the captain's lounge stunk of cigarettes however ordered food and drinks. I ordered the 200g beef steak medium rare which came out blue. I am generally happy when they're slightly undercooked however this was still mooing. I asked for it to be cooked a tiny bit more but was returned with a steaming hot MICROWAVED steak. It now had all the juices leaked out of it on the plate and tasted like rubber. I couldn't eat it and was still charged for it. We'd also noticed staff smoking inside the foyer area.
