Circus Circus is a great place to go for those people who don't care about gambling. They have tons of fun games to earn tickets and cash them in for candy and toys. Sure, it's probably more geared towards kids, but this grownup here loves it, too! They also put on little mini circus acts every hour right in the middle of it all (no cost). Along with most places in Vegas, it is also pretty smoky. Seriously? There are tons of kids here!
