I stayed @ the Suncoast Hotel for the first time January 9-12 2018. To my surprise when I arrived I was greeted by the hotel manager Julie Leonard working the counter with her staff (very seldom have I seen management @ the front desk). She talked sports with me about my Raiders and was very friendly. The staff were also very helpful in giving me a room just right for me. The staff were right on point and even gave me a $20 food coupon. I usually stay at the Aliante Hotel but Julie may have won me over from there sister company. If you're in Vegas be sure to stop by the Suncoast where Julie and her well trained, customer friendly, go above and beyond staff will get you right. Thanks again Kevin
