Even though I left a minor winner this place still pissed me off. If you're gonna give me $10 then just give me $10. Don't make me jump through hoops to get it. Do you really need $2 from me. Then very poorly explain how to get it from the machine. Then have PIN pads that don't function properly so your pin ends up being locked. So, now you have to stand in the line that actually winds through the machines because you don't have enough players club staff or players club counter and machines to properly serve your customers. There were well over 20 people in line and I just needed my PIN reset.
