When checking in, we used the kiosk because the line was too long. When we checked in, it gave us 2 queen beds & we requested a king bed when we made reservations months ago. We had to call an attendant over to help us. The remodel of the rooms are fantastic, beautiful. The restaurant we ate at for breakfast has been remodeled, good food but is a little too loud, we can hardly talk to each other or hear the waiter. Also, a bit too bright. I enjoy using the jacuzzi in the spa but am not able to use my phone as it is clothing optional, which I understand but my husband can use his phone in the men's spa without being told to put it away. There was a woman in the jacuzzi with her phone listening to music with ear phones but wasn't told to put her phone away. This seems contradictory. The spa is for relaxing, not being scolded for using your phone. I am an adult & don't appreciate being scolded for checking things on my phone. I was not using my camera & would not in the spa.
