Absolutely love LP! We have lived here since 2012 and enjoy the amenities and our friendly neighbors. My 4 year old LOVES the "rock park" common areas spread around the community. In the summer the pool is a great gathering spot to cool off and. bonus, unlike other neighborhoods we have lived in, there is never a time we couldn't find chairs to relax in! The HOA does a great job organizing community events, the 4th of July pool party is our favorite as it brings the entire neighborhood together for food, games, and a smokin' live DJ. They also host Easter egg hunts, family nights, etc. My wife enjoys the community book exchange station by the club house.
