I have reserved a non-smoker room but I was given a smoker room. When I requested a room change, reception said that the hotel doesn't have a one bed non-smoker room. As a result, I ended up with two small beds. In addition, the installation between rooms and the outside is terrible. You can hear everything. So far in my stay I didn't see how does this hotel qualified to be a 5-star hotel.
