Some of the staff are completely clueless. It took us asking for different people to finally get the question answered. It wasn't even a hard question it was legit where's the ATM machine. We had went there for a concert and decided to stay and gamble a little bit. So since that was not our first intent to gamble we needed cash from the ATM machine. It was truly sad. Because from where we were at it was literally around a corner. We would have been better off just exploring on our own. The staff working the concert had people in the wrong seat and let them stay there so when the right people came it was a problematic. There were at least 10 instances around us, it was almost a fight twice.
