On Feb. 6, 2018, I used the valet service at Belterra Cincinnati. I would like to send out kudos to the older of the two valets (I believe his name was Patrick) for going out of his way. He assisted one passenger in putting walker in backseat of car and then he promptly assisted with my dad's transport car. He put it in the trunk for us. He automatically did this not knowing if he would receive a tip. He was very courteous and I just wanted to applaud the employee.
