First, the staff was very friendly. However, there were two dirty rags left in our bathroom, the curtain didn't fully cover the balcony window by about 14" which allowed light into my room all day and night, and the elevator was loud and could easily be heard; I barely slept during my two night visit. My wife and I both felt the t.v. should have been bigger, and there was no channel guide to the cable which resulted in a lot of channel surfing. The location was great, and although our balcony overlooked the parking lot, I still had a partial view of the lake, which was nice. No two and a half star option, so giving three because of friendly staff.
