The hotel was ok but not as nice as the pictures show. We continually had to call and ask for towels. Even after housekeeping came in and made the bed, fresh towels were not left. Also, we paid for a 2 night stay online. Once we got there we were told there was an additional $50 deposit required. Then 3 days AFTER checking out we have now been charged an additional $11 for a "resort fee" . I do not believe any establishment should be allowed to charge anything without your permission, especially 3 days AFTER the fact. It only took seconds for the additional $50 to be taken from us now we have to wait 10 days to get it back. All these things should have been told to us upfront. We will not stay here again.
