First impressions mean a lot!! We arrived and were about to check in!! Got in line there was only one person in front of us!! Then the diamond list players came and the got to go ahead of us!! We we're waiting in line entirely too long!! Finally when all of them had been helped our line began to move again!! O, also there was a second person that came out to help get the diamond list players checked out!! It wouldn't be as bad if you had one person for the diamond list and another for regular customers!! Both lines would have continued to move and no one could really be upset!! Thanks!!
