This location is run down and dirty. Outside the wood around the post on the sidewalk is rotted and pieces are scattered. No painting has been done for quite a while. Pigeon poop is all over the sidewalks and you must walk through it to get inside. The restaurants also are showing the signs of neglect, lack of painting, cleaning, etc. The sandwich shop in particular is in poor condition. Quality of the food, however, was better than the atmosphere would lead you to believe. Breakfast at the buffet was good and quite enjoyable. We stayed at the campground so a hotel rating will have to come from another guest.
