Me and my boyfriend went to cripple creek with a promo for a room and dinner with free play money March 11-12, 2018! The lady that checked us in was fairly friendly but could have had better manners and fixed her attire some. We met up with some friends and was going to go eat dinner at the Mid City Grill and we asked 3 people where it was at and 2 of the people just gave us a run around on a wild goose chase, finally the 3rd person walked us there personally which was very nice. The food was okay definitely could have been a lot better the waiter was very nice and friendly. There were a few times that we had to ask some people that work with the casino just general questions because we had never been there and got snapped at several times. That night we stopped to just ask if by chance the hotel had a fan for my boyfriend and the person we asked seemed like we were interrupting her messing with her phone and watching videos on Facebook. Not professional at all! We got up to our room (super nice) and called down to the desk to ask for a 10:00am wake up call because the alarm clock was broken. They said sure. Well luckily I set my alarm on my cell phone because no one called our room at 10:00am like we asked. My boyfriend went down about 5 because he couldn't sleep and got snapped at a least twice when he was asking questions about the table games, etc. He went and ate breakfast at Mid City Grill and he said that was the most disgusting meal ever and gave him a stomach ache all day. I called the casino this week to voice my issues, etc. and talked to a male manager that didn't want to listen or anything and said that he would give my name and number to another manager and she would call me the next day. Well that has been awhile and still no call or anything. There are a lot of things that need to be fixed with your customer service people ASAP or you are going to loose a lot of customers!
Luckily Wildwood Casino was just up the road and had a wonderful time there with very polite courteous people.
