The Management Staff and Security are fully in charge of their Hotel and made me feel at ease when I was asked for my I'd and room key. Alot of people get upset with this, however, it's a pleasure knowing that as a registered guest I am being cared for.Thanks Again for a wonderful visit and I also have the pleasure of being here in the snow storm. Couldn't ask for more, great service, great rooms, great restaurants, with all the games, lights, and excitement. Makes one feel special at all times. Thanks to the entire staff, it's the team that makes it all come together and it's great.
