Had a birthday party this last weekend with a bunch a kids. I ordered the pizzas that were included in the birthday package immediately. Kept asking about the pizzas because the little kids were hungry. The staff assured me that they were on the way. Well, about 15 minutes before the party ended and still without pizza, I demanded something. I told the poor kid running the counter that if he didn't give me $40 cash right now, there was gonna be some serious problems. He did give me the money, but I will never have a party there again. Whoever the manager is needs to check this. The kitchen completely dropped the ball on all 13 little kids. They went home hungry.
