Went to the coffee house, after 11pm. There were 3 cashier's but no hostess. No one greeted us, when we asked one of the employees going out if some one could seat us, she told us she was off and didn't know. We we about to leave but then one of the waiters seated us. The waiter was polite and the food was served quicky and was very good. When we went to pay there were no cashier's and still no hostess. Waited for a while until some one came to cash us out. Nice casino, good food, but some employees need customer service training. If we were greeted and told it would take a few minutes, it would have been different than have them ignore us or tell us they were off the clock. I would probably go back but if it happened again, it would be my last time.
