DO NOT STAY in the cottages at this hotel! I don’t know if the hotel rooms are any better, but the pet friendly room they gave us was AWEFUL and GROSS! There was also a syringe with a broken needle on the shelf in the closet. After letting the water run in the sink for more than 10 minutes there was still no hot water so I didn’t even attempt to take a shower. The stairs to the cabin were half covered in heavy wet snow on one side and ice on the other.
The best part, when my husband called the front desk to complain the first reaction by the woman at the front desk was a laugh, like it wasn’t the first time she heard the complaint.....though the laugh could have been partially due to the way he worded the complaint! The only reason I gave one star is because it wouldn’t let me post the review otherwise.
