Everyone here at HR is amazing! Staff and all! They went above and beyond to make sure my family and I are happy! The staff and food makes this place wonderful! Spa experience is crazy big and excellent! The beaches are wonderful, and the pools are nice! My housekeeper Bernadina and Felix the Asst Manager , made this whole trip worth the journey to Punta Cana! Make sure you check out Zen and the reserve Bali Beds!
