Diamond Buffet Review
The first time I visited was to try the brunch buffet. The cooks were especially friendly. I enjoyed their waffles and made to order omelettes. They had several other options for hot breakfast foods, but they also had the salad and dessert bar open; which I was quite pleased with. I went back for the Wednesday pasta night. Their made to order pasta was good (had the option of white, red or pesto sauce), and again, they had several other hot food options. Honestly, I think you get more than what you pay for. Both weekend brunch and pasta nights are only $12.99, and I think you get a discount if present an Encore Rewards card. The quality of the food is good and the place is clean and spacious. I've had no complaints thus far, and will likely be visiting again.
Giving a 4/5 because one of the guest services employees I encountered while signing up for the rewards card was not friendly at all.
