First of all, this place is beautiful. A Hilton resort, you'd expect more. Service is awful, food is disgusting (in every restaurant. Buffet especially). At checkout... 11am. Front desk asked how our stay was. My husband told them about our bad experience at the buffet. So they comped us free breakfast for the bad dinner buffet. We immediately went to have breakfast. When we got there the hostess told us that breakfast was over. We explained what front desk told us. We were told to place our room number and front desk would adjust it. Instead we got charged. We got a free breakfast, and since the buffet was over we had ordered lunch. We complained but they refused to fix their discrepancy and charged us for our complimentary breakfast. Every staff member we encountered was rude. We will never visit buffalo thunder again.
