First time in Vegas. I visited several casinos during the weekend. We ran/met into an amazing guest service attendant, Cassie. She was extremely friendly, great sense of Ha Ha and just made our night enjoyable!! She also recommended to try black jack (slot machine) for first time black jack players. We were on that machine for hours! Of all the casinos we went to she was the only one that went above and beyond. They should consider having a guest service attendant training program and have her lead the team-members!!! Keep it up
