Very Poor. Management seems like they lack professional skills and proper education. It seems very unprofessional. As a member of the business community in Calgary, I can tell you this is due to lack of poor management especially on the floor because they are client facing. I have had bad experiences with supervisors/GMs named Ba Huynh and Arthur Wong.
I definitely would not recommend this place as it is extremely outdated both in decor, management style and "feel".
