Review for Harrah's Resort Atlantic City Review For Martorano's Google User Jan 12 '18 at 4:31 I was there New Year's Eve w/ my Husband. We had 8:30pm reservations. One of the hostess's kept saying "A few more minutes, we have other people in front of you". At 9:30,we tried speaking to the MANAGER THOMAS SLOAN - we barely stopped long enough for us to complete our sentence. "We'll seat you as soon as we can, he said", and kept going. HE WAS THE MOST RUDE, UNPROFESSIONAL RESTAURANT MANAGER WE HAVE EVER ENCOUNTERED! We also sat at the bar THE ENTIRE 1hour and 15minutes that we waited, and WAS NEVER ASKED EVEN ONCE IF WE WANTED A DRINK FROM THE TWO BARTENDERS ON DUTY!! Finally, at 10:15, we were seated. My husband saw the ASSISTANT MANAGER walk by - **SALVATORE IOVINO** - he IMMEDIATELY APOLOGIZED (with SINCERITY) and from that point on, our experience was AMAZING!! He went ABOVE AND BEYOND to make our experience SPECTACULAR!! Though he was only ASSISTANT MANAGER for 3 weeks, at the time...... WE HAVE NO DOUBT, HE WILL REPLACE THE "SO CALLED MANAGER" WITHIN NO TIME!! We spoke to other servers, busboys, workers, as we ate our dinner and................ THEY ALSO EXPRESSED THAT THEY FELT **SALVATORE IOVINO** was a MUCH MORE QUALIFIED MANAGER than the current. One final note....... THE FOOD WAS SPECTACULAR!!! View full site to comment or like
