Went for Kentucky Derby-AWFUL!
The staff is so poorly trained. Every station- whether to ask a question, buy a drink, place a bet, etc walked away from station when we finally made it up for service. Not to mention they were grotesquely understaffed. Valet took over 30 minutes to drop off as well as 45 to pick up. It is not like we arrived and left for Derby only.
Complete chaos. Go to the Anderson Casino-went the year before-wished we would have gone there.
