Review for Aruba Marriott Resort & Stellaris Casino Review For Pavilion Grill Google User Mar 23 '18 at 2:22 Where do I begin? I have been affiliated with the Palm Pavilion since 1992. My family, friends and business associates have always stayed and eaten here at my request. The restaurant has always been a pleasant experience until recently. For the second night in a row, I took 8 people to eat and have drinks. The first time, I was told 45 minutes to be seated outside. After my name was called, the manager told me it would be another 45 minutes if I wanted seated outside. I had to complain for the first time in 20 years. The Manager was very accommodating and graciously seated us where we were told was unavailable. He even said he was in disbelief they said what they did to me. Tonight, I came back after the last mishap and asked for the same type table outside with the same group of eight people from my last visit. Since I enjoy this place and the food, I thought this would be no problem. However, I was once again treated with total disrespect and was told by the hostess to go away and stop speaking of them Once I begged for an outside table. I couldn’t believe my ears and told her to please not talk to customers that way. Keep in mind, I had my two-year-old daughter with me. We thought nothing of it and when ahead and set down after being treated like an unwanted guest. After going to the restroom, the manager approached me and warned me not to cuss his hostess stand. I explained to him I would never use a curse word in front of my two-year-old and offered to let him hear the other eight people with me tell him I did not ever use a curse word. I just spent another $300 with this place tonight and not to mention a hotel room for my employee. The manager told me he didn’t expect me back after I told him last time I would not return. He insinuated to not step foot back on the property. I will respect his wishes and take my money elsewhere. Please read the other reviews about this place and understand it is not the same palm pavilion we have all grown up and known to love. View full site to comment or like
