I complained and but no effort to rectify, instead the owner got very defensive. I was in group of 5 and everybody was equally disappointed with their orders. Non existing customer service and poor quality. Pulse Express is clearly placing it's business model on convenient location and non-returning trough traffic. It's a mistake you only make once.
