First, the casino did not open the first day. We left Baltimore at 4pm and the casino did not open until the next day. We had an overnight in Bermuda so it closed all day when we were in Bermuda but opened at 9pm that night for a few hours, closing again and not reopening until we left Bermuda. On the final sea day, it closed at 8pm and remained closed for the remainder of the cruise. This was quite disappointing. On the positive side, I did okay in the casino and did so well in getting points that I received a certificate for a free cruise!!!! The casino host Ana was wonderful and very personable!!
