I've stayed at your hotel many times over the past few decades, but enjoyed my experience this past trip the most. The staff was friendly, fun, treated me like they appreciated my business and made me feel welcome. I usually bounce around a bunch to different casino's, but this trip, I did over half of my gambling with y'all and would like to make it even more. I have never had a casino 'host', nor actually ever even gave a players card to even be rated, but want to start doing that now.
I'm hoping now, considering I'm a whale (with my $50-100 black jack wagers...lol), that I can get the presidential suite, and y'all will send out your Gulf Stream to pick me up in Austin next time I visit.
