I am looking forward to my stay in Punta Cana next months, but I must say that the initial experience of using the online site was terrible. After more than two hours of errors messages, hijacked site to partners, and eventually not even able take my credit card information when I reached that step wasted a good 3 hours of the evening. I had to resort to the phone, and even there, the agent (Marlon) hung up before I could verify some of the information and that an email will be sent. I had to call a second time to request that. Lucky he did provide the reservation # which wrote down.
One star is too much for this start, unfortunately this is the minimum. Google will not let you leave the stars unselectted (0)
