I have been trying to get through to your customer service/marketing department with a complain for for 4 days now.
On Monday I waited for 23 minutes on hold but was politely asked to hold - I gave up.
Tuesday I tried for 12 minutes - same result.
Today is Thursday and so far I have been on hold for 14 minutes - still no answer.!
If I wanted to book a cruise I would get an agent immediately.
Shame on you NCL
