Customer service is horrible at this place. Stayed here for multiple nights as a part of a big convention group with several other co-workers. The dry cleaning service the company used never picked up my dry cleaning. When I called down to the front desk, the clerk got an attitude because I wanted to know what options were available. There is a coffee machine in the room, but they don't provide coffee, the fixtures are old and falling apart, and after a long day of working I wanted to come back to the room and relax only to see that the cable was out. This was my first time and last time staying at Caesars Place. No wonder why they only show the lobby and the pool area in the movies.
